facilitates purchases between buyers and independent third-party sellers, who
remain the sellers/merchants of record for their listings.
Varthaali is not engaged in direct selling, pyramid, or money-circulation
schemes, and does not pay any incentive for recruitment or sign-ups.

seller/merchant of record; and
(b) a facilitator for transactions between independent buyers and third-party
sellers.
For transactions where Varthaali is the seller
(first-party/1P sales), Varthaali is responsible for order fulfilment, shipping
and applicable after-sales support in accordance with our published policies.
For transactions between buyers and third-party sellers (marketplace/3P sales),
Varthaali acts solely as an online platform and is not a party to the sale
contract between the buyer and the seller.
Promotions & Demo Participation. Certain promotional

offered under demo participation or third-party promotional listings may
not fall under standard replacement or refund policies unless otherwise
mentioned in the applicable policy.

terms; and
- note
that certain in-house or combo items offered under special campaigns may
carry restrictions on return or exchange.
By completing a transaction, you confirm that you have reviewed and agreed
to the return/refund conditions presented at checkout.
Third-Party Seller Transactions (3P Sales)

agreed between buyers and sellers directly.

- Varthaali
makes no representation or warranty regarding the specifics of
products/services (including quality, value, saleability, fitness for

buyers and sellers and is not required to mediate or resolve such
disputes.
- Varthaali

should independently verify the identity, creditworthiness, and legal
title of sellers before transacting.

after-sales services) are offered and agreed directly between buyers and
sellers. Varthaali does not control, determine, advise, or otherwise
involve itself in such agreements.
- Varthaali
makes no representation or warranty regarding product/service specifics
(quality, value, salability, etc.) and does not endorse or support the
sale/purchase of any products or services. Varthaali accepts no liability
for any errors or omissions by sellers or users.
- Varthaali
is not responsible for any non-performance or breach of contracts between
buyers and sellers and is not required to mediate or resolve disputes.
- Varthaali
does not make any representation or warranty regarding item-specifics,
such as legal title, creditworthiness, or identity, of users. Buyers
should independently verify sellers before transacting.
- Varthaali
never takes possession of products/services offered by third-party sellers
and does not acquire title, ownership, or claims over such
products/services.
- Varthaali
is not responsible for delays, damages, or performance failures due to
out-of-stock, back-ordered, or unavailable products from third-party
sellers.
- All
transactions constitute a bipartite contract solely between the buyer and
seller; Varthaali is not a party and bears no liability arising therefrom.
- Buyers
must independently determine and agree on delivery, payment, shipping,
insurance, warranties, and after-sales service with sellers. Varthaali is
not liable for disputes from such independently agreed terms.
- Users
acknowledge that Varthaali is a neutral facilitator for third-party
transactions and shall not be held liable for third-party
misrepresentations, non-performance, or disputes.
